WRA notes, one more reason to be happy I invested in a Surface.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association sent me an email a few days ago reminding me of the upcoming WRA Convention, like I could forget. They were also informing me that they will no longer be having printouts of the lecture notes; we will now need to download them and bring them along.
Nice that we will now have the opportunity to preview the notes for each of the available workshops, though I am sure many will be unhappy without the stack of handouts at the door.
Fortunately I recently bought a Surface tablet that fits nicely inside of my pad folio that I generally take to meetings like this to collect my notes and take a few more.
This time around I will be packing lightly and not bringing home so many stacks of paper.
The pdf files are already downloaded on to my surface and I even took a few minutes with each of the pdf editors that came with this nice little machine so that I will be ready to take notes in the modern way.
It will be strange coming home from the convention without a file folder full of meeting notes, but maybe this time I will be able to read my notes since my typing seems to be a little neater than my handwriting these days.
