The Days on Market (DoM) have shifted dramatically with the median price decreases in the bottom 2 quartiles. The DoM has dropped 29 days since December. The bottom 2 quartiles have dropped dramatically to 44 days and 38 days respectively. If you are interested in a value priced home don't wait to make an offer!
