With a fairly low number of sales East Palo Alto real estate market trends show quite a bit of volatility. The rapid climb in prices we've seen since 2012 appears to be continuing at the beginning of 2017. Looking at the number of sales shows very few escrows closed so far in 2017. Although there were a number of stories published in the summer of 2016 about Facebook's intent to help build new housing, there is no indication that there has been any affect on home prices yet.
