What do you love about the area?: We love the bike trails, the parks, lakes, and the quiet streets in our area. Despite being at the crossroads of Farmington, Lakeville and Apple Valley, our neighborhood has the small town feel of a close knit community. Our neighborhood is great for weekend campfires, impromptu parties on the driveway and annual Halloween and National Night Out get-togethers. Our neighbors are friendly, respectful, and caring.

What are some great things about Farmington?: We enjoy shopping at the Mall of America and new outlet mall, which are conveniently less than 20 minutes away via Cedar. Our home is also just minutes away from Hyvee, Target and Cub Foods. The Minnesota Zoo is less than 15 minute drive and is a fun place to visit year round. Lebanon Hills, with it's mountain biking trails, campgrounds, and nature center is one of our favorite places as well.

What restaurants are nearby?: Our favorite restaurant is Weng's, a local restaurant in the heart of Farmington. Carbone's, Crooked Pint, and the new Bourbon Butcher restaurant are also excellent choices!

What grocery stores or nearby shopping if there?: We love shopping at Hyvee for all our groceries. The fresh bread and extended organic selection is amazing. We also enjoy Small Cakes (located across the street from Hyvee and next to Target) for delicious cupcakes!

Tells us about any additional property highlights, upgrades, recent updates that have been done: When we bought the property we were excited to be the first home-owners. We loved the large backyard, having four bedrooms on one floor and the opportunity to expand the square footage with the unfinished basement/bathroom.
