The old saying is "Those who can, do, and those who can't, teach"
Over all the years I have tried to teach others to be good Realtors and good Loan Officers and except for a couple of exceptions I have failed. Then once in a while I try to teach someone how to do a magic trick and I still fail, Guess my lot in life is to do; not teach. So I am doomed to do but for the best of my ability I will be a good doer or a do gooder. Here is an failed attempt to teach a magic trick.

Even teachers fail. Depends on how prepared we are and the willingness of the student to learn. If we fail to determine if the student is truely ready and able to learn, we will fail.
