Zoo Calendar 03/2017The WILD Garage Sale is this coming Saturday!

Mark your calendar to shop – or donate gently used items leading up to the event. The proceeds will be donated to conservation efforts.

Roosevelt Park Zoo 1219 Burdick Expressway East Minot ND 58701

As you can see from the calender there are some fun events coming up. As someone who lives less than 1,000' from the Zoo take my advice that if you are going to the Easter Egg hunt on April 15th be prepared to park as far as three blocks away. Go with a good attitude and you will have FUN!!!!

Good morning Bob.  It has been decades since I've been to a zoo.  We do have 4 great grand-kids and one in the oven.  I think it's about time to show all of those kids a zoo.  Tulsa, Oklahoma is the closest place and is about a two hour drive.  We'll see

James Dray our home is only 1,000 feet from the Roosevelt Park Zoo so when the kids were young we always got season passes. It always made for a nice walk for us with little kids and often a stroller(s).

Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI NMLS#1483386 believe it or not the Zoo is open most of the year and even has special events over the winter. It's a small zoo but they do a great job of finding animals that for the most part can handle our climate.

Wayne Martin I have really cut back on my rummage saling but I am in a state of withdrawl at this time so I'm looking forward to a rummage sale "fix".

I will do that Will Hamm . The building they hold it in is the visitors center, a multi million dollar building they completed days before the flood of 2011 and had to rebuild again in 2012.

We love living so close to the Zoo Jane Chaulklin-Schott and I plan on being at the front of the line for this rummage sale as the last one I went to their prices were very low and people donated a lot of quality stuff for the rummage sale.
