I have to agree completely. Even in the worst market, people are buying and selling homes. The question is, will you be the one selling at a loss or the one buying at an advantage? For those that are prepared, EVERY situation brings opportunities!

There is so much truth in this post, but sadly, a lot of home sellers don't see it this way. And I love this "real" listing that sold $5,000 over list price.
