I have sold 4 homes so far. It is awesome to be able to help people fulfill their dreams and make stuff happen. To deal with the most controversy personalities and to negotiate between the parties and to make them happy is great.
I really enjoy this profession. The market has slowed down a little bit and so has the economy. The cycles have always been there and always will be. The importance is not to give up and keep working hard and to not loose hope.
I will never sacrifice integrity or honesty to get something closed, it always comes back to bite you in the butt and I want to be able to sleep at night.
I will continue to do a good job and prove to the disappointed clients (that have been let down by other Agents and not been represented well) that there are only a few black sheep that give a bad reputation to our wonderful profession.
