Tomorrow is always good to look forward to; seriously..........every day; sometimes every moment of every day is different. You can count on it as well as counting on the weather to change (if you wait a moment) here near the windy city of CHICAGO where I live and prosper!

I have been planting and continue to plant seeds every day without hesitation; just today; a phone call. A letter I wrote to someone that I was notified had just went into foreclosure; (preforeclosure stage). She said my letter touched her heart and she believed; believed that I sincerely cared about helping her. I made no promises, only that I would listen, counsel and present solutions and options. I have an appt tomorrow.
I have so much more in the works now; and its because of many many decisions and choices I have made in the past few years; BUT the big financial gain that is on the horizon is all about the decision to join the community of Nouveau Riche; a community of "like minded investors" Thank you Jim Piccolo; Thank you Frank, and Virginia.
