You know what I LOVE about life and what I do for a living as a Broker/Realtor and now Investor? Tomorrow is always good to look forward to; seriously..........every day; sometimes every moment of every day is different.  You can count on it as well as counting on the weather to change (if you wait a moment) here near the windy city of CHICAGO where I live and prosper!

We must keep our eyes open, our minds open and our hearts open to change, news, opportunities...whatever comes our way.  Once you accept this? and live in the LIGHT; light energy...the whole road changes.  I am living testimonial; its true

I have been planting and continue to plant seeds every day without hesitation; just today; a phone call. A letter I wrote to someone that I was notified had just went into foreclosure; (preforeclosure stage).  She said my letter touched her heart and she believed; believed that I sincerely cared about helping her. I made no promises, only that I would listen, counsel and present solutions and options.  I have an appt tomorrow.

I have so much more in the works now; and its because of many many decisions and choices I have made in the past few years; BUT the big financial gain that is on the horizon is all about the decision to join the community of Nouveau Riche; a community of "like minded investors"  Thank you Jim Piccolo; Thank you Frank, and Virginia. 

One of my daily mantras: EDUCATION is EMPOWERMENT; repeat, live it, share it
