I agree with Jeff on the pink room and the green bedroom.  I believe that is a hidden gem though from what I have viewed from your area.  Is this a foreclosure??

Hi Kimberly.  It IS a foreclosure, like so many of my listings are right now.  All in all, I think it's a great price, on a nice sized lot.  Orland is a bedroom community for Chico, and the prices are significantly more attractive.  $150,000 in Chico doesn't go nearly as far as this pink and green paint!
