San Bruno real estate market trends are quite similar to the San Mateo County averages. The peak in 2006 and subsequent drop was a little greater for San Bruno than for the county average. The most interesting thing is that in 2016 San Bruno showed a greater percentage of homes selling over list price and selling for a greater price percentage over list price. First quarter of 2017 is showing a very strong demand for San Bruno homes.
