The Peace of Mind
“Success is peace of mind in knowing you did your best.”
John Wooden 1910 – 2010, American Basketball Player
and Coach, Won 10 NCAA National Championship at
UCLA in 12 years
As I see it . . . . . . .
The peace of mind
Giving anything less than your best effort . . . . will result in marginal results at best.
Doing less than your best can become a habit . . . . with that habit will be destined to doom your career.
Doing your best is a mindset . . . . and not to settle for anything less than your best effort.
Doing your best becomes a habit . . . . the habit of excellence in your mindset . . . . and in your actions.
Do your best . . . . and don’t settle for anything less . . . . is the mindset of a champion . . . . A champion expects to win . . . . they play to win . . . . and they do their best to create successful results.
You will know when you did your best . . . . and you will know when you did not. When you do less than your best . . . . you are cheating yourself . . . . and you will walk away with remorse that you will carry with you into the future.
When you give your best . . . . You will have the peace of mind . . . . of knowing you did everything that you could do to create successful results.
