I love corned beef although I don't like the smell of cabbage but I can make it with bok choy or spinach and it would be delish this way!

Yum.  Bet that smells delightful when cooking too.  Might have to try it.

Hannah I like corn beef but never acquired a taste for cabbage.  I have potatoes with mine :)

I remember growing up going to the Jewish Delis and having corned beef sandwiches on rye bread with a pickle. So, yes I love corned beef, never knew there were so many Jews in Ireland that it became a national dish.

Hannah I like corned beef and cabbage but my husband won't go near it so alas none for me - at home!  I have friends that celebrate every year so I usually drop in over there!
