FISERV is blowin' up!!

Wow, I can't believe it!!  I registered with FISERV last October and hadn't heard one thing from them.  Yesterday I receieved 12 BPO orders from them!!  12!!  Today, I called them to get some more info on the orders real quick before I left and I asked if they reimbursed for 90 miles I was going to be driving today.  They said no, but the increased my order pay $10 for me!!!  Per BPO, that's another $120!!  It also looks like their system is going to be good to use.  And guess what?  They actually have an order payment tracking right there when you log into your account.  Now there's a new idea!!  Wow!

There were a couple of really nice ladies I spoke with over yesterday and today over the phone.  The second one told me that they received 1400 orders from Home Loan Services this week and B of A was implementing a new loan program for pre-foreclosure which would be generating another 800 orders a week for them as well.

I'm really glad that I took two days to sign up with as many BPO companies as I could find.  In fact I continue to sign up with companies.  Everyone asks me how I get the orders and finally got the REO listings.  I'm telling you people, you just gotta do the work.  I'm glad not many people are really cut out to do it!!  Cheers!!

That is a nice way to gain some extra money in between sales.  I have done some BPOs but never have gotten 12 at one time. Where did you find all the ones to sign up for.

Linda, I went to a seminar on short sales and foreclosures and they gave a whole book on bpos with two pages of references.  Of course, I honestly think that you can find enough information here on AR if you DO THE WORK!!!  ;) Happy Friday!

Thanks Susan...good luck on getting all of those done!  I hope they weren't all 24 hour turnarounds! LOL!
