EAST TENNESSEE REAL ESTATE IS BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMING!

You know, I think its really tough being an agent these days- and especially if you are actually WORKING! Going against all of the negative forums across the US is TOUGH and sometimes its impossible! East Tennessee is having a GREAT '08. And to be honest, we had a FAB '07... We cant relate to all of the bad press and foreclosure issues. Although we arent breaking any records we ARE working with buyers and sellers on a daily basis. In fact, we see the market getting better and better each day with $$$ closings every month. The worst part is dealing with people saying "OH POOR YOU... Hows real estate??" And when I say "GREAT!" they look at me side ways as if Im lying or "hiding" the dirty real estate secret. My partner Christy and I just keep trucking right along... I guess on the flip side they keep seeing our signs going up and my wardrobe growing! -----One dirty secret worth keeping, huh?!
