Thanks for the invite Scott.  I am here because you stated in the invite that there would be no bashing of organizations, or individuals.  That is very important to me.  We home inspectors as a group seem to enjoy bashing each other.  It will be a pleasure, and a pleasant surprise, if this group can  remain on topic and respectful.
