Three Brands that I Trust
Ron and Alexandra Seigel have sponsored a contest for this month asking us for three brands that we trust. This may be an easy contest for many of you, but I am finding this a very difficult one because I have a very skeptical nature. Brands that I trusted in the past, I no longer trust today and I know that brands that I like in the present environment, I don’t really trust all that much.
So here are three brands that I currently feel good about and presently trust, but ask me again in a few months and my answers may be completely different.
Tesla
My car purchase last year of a Tesla Model S has been a very pleasant one. This is by far the most expensive car that I’ve ever owned, but it is also a unique experience with first class service as well as an ongoing relationship with the company as they continue to keep the car updated with software updates at regular intervals. Contacting customer support is easy and they are very responsive, so they are definitely in my trusted list at this time.
Publix Supermarkets
In Florida, all the Publix supermarkets in my area have an excellent selection of staples for our pantry and have an excellent staff that is friendly, courteous and easy to deal with. They have good prices and I can trust the quality of their offerings.
Zappos
I’m not a big fan of buying clothes and shoes on-line since I hate to go through the hassle of returning items that don’t fit correctly. I am definitely from the old school where I like to try things on to see how I like them. That all changed a few years ago when my wife convinced me to order a pair of shoes from Zappos. They have a great selection at excellent prices. Easy sizing and a no cost return/exchange policy. Zappos has an easy to contact customer service department as well as an excellent follow up program.
