Waiting for Spring to List your Home does WHAT ?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

We hear the cries of "Thinventory" throughout many markets across the country....Buyers stacked up like cordwood waiting to pounce on the next home available in Thinventorytheir area...and prepared to pay above the asking price if necessary or not be chosen as "The" buyer.

Often people in four season states have the misconception that Spring is the best time to sell a home...the snow is gone and replaced by the sunny dispositions of Buyers ready to move and make offers on their home.

A part of what determines the price of real  estate is the laws of supply and demand...when there is more demand and less supply,...prices are higher. Sellers in Wisconsin want more money for their real estate don't they ?  If you live in Jefferson, Washington, Ozaukee, Walworth, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine or Kenosha counties....and have considered a move...upsizing, downsizing, ...tSupply and Demandhat place on the Lake ....now is the time to put your moving plan in action. The Hansons are honored to be at your service...and will help you with everything from finding ways to improve the appeal of your home ...give you a heads up on issues that may be brought to the attention of a Buyer by an inspector...showcase your home with a custom marketing presentation to attract the greatest number of buyers in the shortest amount of time to get you the best return.

home buyers   We have Buyers....in many categories...four bedroom homes in New Berlin and Muskego, a first floor ranch condo in New Berlin or Franklin...the list continues...and NOW is the time to benefit by listing your home !

Let the Hansons be a part of your next "Happily ever after"...Call us today 414 525 0563 and we can begin to do exactly that !

Hi Sally and David -- even in areas where weather is not a concern, there are people who still think that waiting until Spring is the best time to list a home for sale.   We're expecting temps to be in the high 80s today even though the official arrival of Spring is still a couple days away.

Gita Bantwal is right. You are so right about get that property on the market now... don't wait, let's get going on the showings. But also, when the national media is blowing the train horn loud headline about a hot spot in CA that is not the local real estate market where your agency shingle swings in the wind, the wrong perception happens. Local sellers that were not thinking of selling suddenly do when they want to list for twice, three times the real value of their property. Tell them the real value, don't tag 'em then tell buyers the property is way way over priced, why don't you slide in an offer Sally K. & David L. Hanson .

Hi Sally and David... anytime is a good time to sell a home, if you ask me. If you're ready to sell, why wait for some artificial time frame. Buyers are always out there and especially when inventory is tight.
