Good morning Toledo Ohio!!!! Now you may be wondering what is Stonehenge, how does it relate to we need condos, Toledo Ohio, and The Villages. As a Realtor with Key Realty, I want to put the word out that we do not have enough condos to sell. We need condos! In a bit I will show an example of how there is a dramatic shortage of condos. For conversation sake, I am going to select the neighborhood of Stonehenge. Stonehenge is a located in a suburb of Toledo, and has a variety of floor plans and amenities at a very low price. Just returning from The Villages, a condo in Stonehenge, or any one of the many condo neighborhoods in Toledo and the surrounding areas would be the perfect place to be during the hot summer months of Florida. So for those who have not down size as of yet, why not sell your large home, purchase a condo, and enjoy The Villages when the weather in the Toledo area is cold and nasty. A condo in the Toledoa area and a home in The Villages. Who could ask for anything more!
Here is an example of the shortage of condos we are experiencing.
In Stonhenge during the past 12 months... there were 16 condos that were sold.
The lowest price condo was $55,00 for a 2 bedroom condo, 2 full baths, and the sq. f.t was 1,134. The highest sold condo was $135,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 full baths with a sq. ft. of 2102.
Currently there are only 5 condos available. The prices range from $110,000 to $159,000. All of the condos have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. The square footage ranges from 1232 to 21002.
