Katy Texas Subdivision Series: Parkway Oaks

We get lots of potential clients who are looking for the best Katy Schools, a quality national builder, great amenities like parks and pools, a family sized home with three or four bedrooms ...and of course they want it all for under $200K

Great news...I have their neighborhood...Parkway Oaks. The KISD schools are great...Rylander Elementary, Cinco Ranch JR High, and Cinco Ranch High School. DR Horton is the builder...and is a wonderful national builder with a great representation. The neighborhood has great amenities like a kids park, a pool, and a large soccer field style park. Katy is a family area and homes tend to reflect the buyers...and that equals family sized homes.

The prices in Parkway Oaks range from under 150k to just over 200k...and the homes fluctuate between 1500sqft and 3000sqft. All homes have nice sized yards, at least a two car garage, and they are all within close proximity to shopping, medical facilities, I-10, the Grand Parkway, and the new Westpark Tollway.
