On March 15, 2016, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 4.8% at an average price of $327,500 in February of 2017 from an average price of $312,500 in January of 2017, and rose 12.8% from $290,270 in February of 2016. While, homes sales decreased 2.3% in February of 2017, but gained 7.1% from January of 2016, in Inland Empire, California.
There were 4.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2017 up from 4.6 months in January of 2017, but down from 6.1 months in February of 2016. An average it took 50.2 days to sell a single family home in February 2017, higher from 49.8 days in January of 2017, but fell from 59.8
days in February of 2016 in Inland Empire, California.
