Brio Realty Spirit Awards for our Bellevue, Washington Real Estate Agents!

I would like to take a few minutes to congratulate 4 of our Bellevue, Washington Real Estate Agents for winning our first (of many more to come) Brio Realty Spirit Awards! These agents have really gone out of the way to help the office and make Brio a better place for all of us!

Sondra Jackson	Sondra has gone out of her way to help me around the office while we were trying to fill a vacant position. I was about ready to pull my hair out with the phones ringing off the hook! Sondra stepped in and really made a difference. $25.00 Spirit Award Check and entry into our end of the year drawing.

Gwenn Youch	Gwenn also has really helped out around the office and gone out of her way to help everybody out. She has sat at the front desk and freed me up to do some of the things that I really needed to do (putting this one page strategic plan/SWOT report thingy together). $25.00 Spirit Award Check and entry into our end of the year drawing.

Chad Sullivan	Chad really showed out! He volunteered his time to come in and strip all the graphics off my moving truck so that we can begin turning into the agents truck. It was kind of sad to see the graphics come off...but it was also exciting to think about seeing the faces of my agents going up on it! $25.00 Spirit Award Check and entry into our end of the year drawing.

Jeremy Keener	Jeremy organized our first Brio Bowling Night (pictures will go up later). He worked out all the logistics and negotiated us the best deal. We really had a lot of fun. Some of us had a little too much fun! =] We really appreciate it Jeremy! $25.00 Spirit Award Check and entry into our end of the year drawing.


I don't know what the end of the year drawing will be yet...but it will be something good. Think about someplace warm. Think about someplace with sand. Think about with someplace with surf. Someplace with fruity drinks with little plastic umbrellas in them.... Then think about how you won't be going there on Brio's dime! HA!HA! JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's make it a record year, not just in terms of sales but in terms of growth IN ALL AREAS...and I will see what I can do about sending you to some place like that for a week or R&R! THANK YOU GUYS! You are what makes Brio a special place.

Congrats to all your Spirit Award winners. I think this is a really good idea. Good job Jessica! I know sometime it can get difficult to keep yourself motivated in addition to all of those around you. Can I get in on some of that warm, sandy R&R too?? LOL
