It is an amazing book, covering the foundations of commercial real estate, ownership of commercial real estate, financial concepts explained, valuation of commercial property, financing of commercial property, working with sellers/landlords and working with buyers/tenants. The book has been written in a simple and comfotable language and it is filled with illustrative examples and real life cases of study.
