I had a call today and the people were wondering about the market.
I explained how it was and after I was done the comment was...
"Well, we are going to see what happens with the market."
The writing is on the wall.
The market is hot and prices are going up and not coming down anytime soon.
No need to see what the market s going to do it is already doing it!

Real estate is cyclic. And, you're right. It's a seller's market right now, and interest rates still remain reasonably low. While I do not predict that interest rates will escallate rapidly in the near future. The Fed has signaled that we will likely have at least a couple more rate hikes this year. That's likely to sideline a few buyers, and slow house values to a degree.
Well said ... while they wait life goes on and the market continues to increase.
All the signs have been there for months. All one has to do is open their eyes. Those that sit on the fence will likely get splinters.
Hi William Feela - I have had a few buyers say "I wish I made an offer on that house before someone else did..." This was after I expressed to them similar sentiments as you have done.....It can be very frustrating to watch clients lose their dream home because of sitting on the fence.
Not many buyers living in the stone age right now. Most wished they had not waited.
Some folks spend their whole lives waiting to see what happens with the market. Best to deal with people who are ready to act.
