Brand Loyalty - My three brands

By
Real Estate Agent WV0026375

Ron and Alexandra Seigel's challenge, Name Three Brands You Trust & Why, asks us what brands we remain loyal to.  Below are my three choices:

a glass pumpkin from HomeGoods store

HomeGoods is where I find something spectacular at a tremendous price. HomeGoods has an ever changing selection of exciting top brands and home fashions from around the world, at prices generally 20%-60% below department and specialty store regular prices, on comparable merchandise, every day. The photo to the right is a unique glass pumpkin I purchased at HomeGoods.

I always find unique and beautiful items for the home and find the best values in home fashions. You will find one-of-a-kind, handcrafted merchandise, and high-end designer goods. I could decorate my entire home by shopping at HomeGoods. I have purchased lamps, pillows, sheets, chairs, rugs, towels, etc at HomeGoods.  The best thing about HomeGoods is their prices. When I want to change a room, it is very inexpensive to do when shopping at HomeGoods. If you like shopping for your home, and like to change a room inexpensively, I suggest HomeGoods, the best place to shop.

Rebecca Gaujot loves Boom productsI've been using the products Boom by Cindy Joseph. BoomSilk and the Boomstick Trio are my favorites.  BoomSilk is a protective, nourishing, and healing moisturizer for your face and entire body. I especially love the Boomstick Trio.... color, glimmer, and glo.

Boomstick TrioThe Boomstick color I use on the cheeks, as well as on my lips. I use these products every day.  Last year, the company asked women that were using the product to send a selfie holding the product......so I did. Ladies check out the BOOM website.  BOOM is the first pro-age cosmetic line for women of every generation.  Be sure to check out the products and videos.

For real estate, I use Dotloop for all my listing and sales contracts. As agents, you know Dotloop or DocuSign are so easy to use and fast. I can make a pdf of any document, add documents to Dotloop, add initials/signature locations and they are ready to send.  Dotloop makes my job so easy compared to when I first started in real estate. Less traveling when you use Dotloop and especially if the buyer/seller has a computer. If not, I do it the old fashion way. Hand carry the documents to the buyer/seller or send FedEX.

These three brands -- HomeGoods, Boom and Dotloop -- are my top favorites!

I'm not much of a shopper, but I do like HomeGoods; usually find just what I needed. If I were a stager, I suspect I'd be there often. I haven't heard of Boom! by Cindy Joseph; I'll keep an eye out for it.

Those are very interesting choices. We don't have a HomeGoods in Clarksville but sure I would like it. I have not heard of Boom. The Keller Williams agents use DotLoop so I use it when doing a transaction with them.

Sounds like you are committed to all 3 and for good reason! I like Docusign but have used Dotloop in a couple of transactions when used by the other agent.

Hi, Rebecca Gaujot - We have HomeGoods in my area too and I always enjoy stopping there for the same reasons you mentioned. I like your unique pumpkin too! When they first opened up in my area, I bought a red frying pay for a closing gift because my buyers were newlyweds and on the bottom of the pay it said, "Always Kiss the Cook!" That couple, after several anniversaries and two kids later still thank me for that item. Time, and time again, I went back there to buy a few to have on hand for future closing gifts but never found it again.

I also DotLoop and even though I have you DocuSign I'm hooked on DotLoop.

I never heard of Boom before but it sounds very interesting! I'm all for any product that makes me feel good and look good too! It would be so much fun to shop with you! But since that will probably never happen, I'm very satisfied staying in touch this way here on ActiveRain! You're like the sister I wish I had!

Hi Rebecca... interesting choices. I'd never heard of BOOM (been using Serious Skin Care for decades, myself). HomeGoods is certainly a great resource... and I've often picked up a great item there. As for DotLoop, I've not had experience with them for a number of years... my brokerage actually "fired" them because we were having so many issues with them. From your post, it sounds like they've cleaned up their act.

Rebecca, you made excellent selections. I love Home Goods too, it's hard to go in and not walk out with something every time. I'm intrigued about BOOM and going to look into it. DotLoop always worked well when I was with Keller Williams, very user friendly!

Rebecca,

We have not been in a Home Goods store.  I am going to have to look up where the closest is.  I have not heard of Boom, and will do some research based on your recommendation, and luckily I have hear of Dot Loop.  Thank you so much for sharing your trusted brands with you, and I appreciate that you entered our challenge.
