More renters, less owners - Is it time to become a Landlord?

Everything we are reading, the number of renters is increasing at a dramatic rate in Southern California with no sign of stopping.

Richard Daskam - I see the same thing happening here in MA, too. (Mainly because of the inventory.)

YES! Actually, everyone should have started investing in real estate during the bust when houses could be picked up for a song, cleaned up, and rented for a strong return. Investors have been doing this for 7-8 years and making incredible returns.

It's harder now because most of the good deals are gone. However, it's still possible. I'm in the process of buying an 11-plex and as soon as it closes, I'll start looking for my next deal. There are a lot of elderly Landlords ready to retire so now is a great time to pick up their properties, spruce them up, and start building wealth!
