1,049 single family homes sold, up 2% compared to 1,030 in February 2016.
Median home price was $148,750, up 2% compared to $145,900 in February 2016.
56% of the homes sold at $199,000 or less.
28% of the homes sold between $200,000 and $499,999.
16% of the homes sold for $500,000 or more.
Active listings (5,395) were down by 11% (compared to 6,068 in February of 2016).
Months of inventory was down to 5.1 (compared to 5.9 in February of 2016).
Days on market was down to 10, from 167 in February 2016.
