Yes this door hanger has a Baseball schedule in it but the truth is Door Hanging does pay off. Last week I walked 3 days of only 2 hours each day and this week had 3 phone calls from the farm area and they want CMA this week. It still works, now yes, I do mail to these farm areas every quarter and do knock on some doors if people are home. If they are not home, door hanger for sure.
Try it, you could pick up a listing or two!

It is the most effective old fashion farming method.
The only drawback is if you work in gated community subdivisions.
But as Will stayed you must include an item of value/interest for the community.
Will, great job! It's not easy to walk neighborhoods but, it does pay off. I like that you point out that you farm these areas well, your brand recognition is already there from that and then you follow through with more. Solid plan!
