If you are considering purchasing a new home in the near future and think a foreclosure might be a good choice for you then give me a call.  Buying a foreclosure isn't the same as buying a home directly from a private party and there are a number of things to consider.  The most important is that you are buying the home "as is."  Most banks will allow a home inspection for information purposes only and though many properties are in good shape there are always a few surprises.
