I just bite my tongue when I get calls from well meaning and eager buyers who say they want to buy a foreclosure. They watch too much TV. They don't want to buy a foreclosure. They want a good deal, and those things, a good deal, is not available in most markets. Demand drives up that price even if the building is literally falling to the ground.
