Here in the Phx Az area we are paying from 3.33 to 3.49. CRAZY. Of course the oil companies are enjopying record profits! GEE I WONDER WHY!!!

$3.78 here in the Metro Detroit area. It cost me over $70 to fill up the other day.
It's $3.99 in the suburbs of Chicago and in the city it was over $4....it's ridiculous.
Cheryl, Can I just say, too much! I think gas is going to be a hot topic in the RAin for sometime to come. And, it should be. OPEC and the oil companies have us by the ... okay you get the picture. It is time to change. Bring on the electric cars.
$3.89 9/10 in Grand Rapids but the SUVs are still doing 85 on the expressways.

Diesel is $4.29... Regular gas is about $3.59.
And just to spread a little truth... the oil comapnies are making about 8%. If your gas is around $3.50/gallon, take away the taxes (about $.50) and the oil company is gouging you to the tune of $.24... ooo, they are SO bad. OPEC is making a haul...
But, if you'd like to thank someone, call up your Congressman and ask why we aren't drilling in ANWR, or off the coast of FL. You might also ask why there have been NO new refineries built in the US since Jimmy Carter was in office.
Maybe a quick call to the Sierra Club and their ilk to tell that that they need to sit down and shut up for a little while might be in order.
