True Cost of an Eviction

By
Real Estate Agent

One of the procedures that I always discuss with landlords using my services is that we have to screen the tenant fully so we don't have future eviction problems. Some of the best ways to do that is slow down and vet the applicant fully. You need a credit check, criminal background check and an evictions report in order to do that carefully. If the tenant is in a hurry and wants to get into your property in 5-10 days it's a sign that there is an urgent problem (like why?).

Don't take shortcuts and read this infographic.

Hi Lyn

This post is jam-packed with great information any reasonable landlord not using a property management company should read and take to heart before they finalize a contract with a tenant. That's an impressive infographic!

Furing an eviction there is always the chance that the tenent will get mad and trash the place.
