For that matter, there is not time to talk to people who are kicking tires.

 

If you are serious, bring me your pre-approval letter and I will work very very hard to find you a home.

Absolutley must have a pre-aproval letter before I'll take anyone out to look at homes. Lookie Lou's can go to open houses on their own.

I might not take a person without a pre-approval letter out to see a lot of homes, but I don't not have conversations with that person. I'm never too busy for that. I've sold homes to so many people who could be labelled as lookie loos at first contact, but ended up being serious buyers several years later...
