Wasn’t Christmas just a few weeks ago? I’m pretty sure the holidays zipped by so quickly that January came out of nowhere. Valentine’s Day passed us by and then March blew in and out. Now, it’s already April! Why is the time passing by so quickly? Did someone shorten the number of hours in a day?
We were concentrating on goals a few weeks ago, and it’s already April. The first quarter has closed out, and there are only three quarters left. Only 39 weeks remain until we see the year change. That means we have roughly 9 months left to do what we must do!
Pressure and stress can come from overthinking our careers. As a REALTOR® or real estate agent you have chosen a profession that requires maximum attention to details, interacting with people who are not always pleasant, having to make decisions that may affect others’ lives, and the task of honing your skills on a continual basis. It’s already April, and you may not have done what you needed to do in the first quarter.
The beauty of having a real estate career is that no matter how far into the current year we go, there is always still time to make up for the slowness of a previous month. Knowing how many closings per month are needed to keep your head above water is important to reaching your goals. If your required closings weren’t met in January, February or March, it’s already April, but you still have time to regroup and make up for the lack of closings the first quarter.
That’s where TEAM Hughes Real Estate School can help. Every REALTOR® or real estate agent who has been practicing at least two years should be looking toward getting a broker’s license. The time and money invested in the required education pays back in dividends. Having a broker-associate license validates your education and your experience. Consumers can be assured that you know what you are doing. Leadership within your own team is easier and your peers will respect you and trust your wisdom.
Since it’s already April, you may want to adjust your 2017 goals. TEAM Hughes always offers its FL broker course in the spring for a very good reason. It’s a time for renewal and a time to reassess where you want to be by the end of year. It’s already April and in the blink of an eye, we will be halfway through 2017. It just makes sense that now is the time to meet your education goals. Don’t put off taking your broker class. You won’t be sorry if you take it now because by the end of the second quarter, you will already have your designation.
Yes, it’s already April, so let us know how we can help you achieve your goals. Check us out on the web to register for a class or give us a call. We’re here to serve you.
