PHOENIX REAL ESTATE NICHES TODAY AND BEYOND
I have to admit that 2002 was a magical for me. This was the year that I entered the real estate industry as an agent. I had three major things happen in my life that led me to real estate see below
- My wife and I purchased our first home
- Brand new baby boy
- Corporate America said we no longer need you after 9/11 incident
There is a song that came to my mind “CANNOT KEEP A GOOD MAN DOWN.” I have always read the real estate books. Now, I want to do the deals. I made a decision to obtain my real estate license and start doing them.
I was able to find a real estate investor agent willing to mentor me. I stayed with this mentor for two years. He was able to teach me how to attract and work with real estate investors. My motto became “How many times can Jack and Jill go to the same well?” Real estate investors will purchase many homes versus first time home buyers will be every five years. Hence, I was more attracted to real estate investors. I traveled in my mentor’s car daily to learn how to create and close real estate investment deals.
I was able to master the PHOENIX RENT TO OWN program. I knew every agent at a major new home builder. They would call me when a deal fell through. I would have my investor purchase the home and have the buyers do a three year rent to own so they get their home and purchase it back in three years. This program was a hit.
I have developed three major Phoenix Real Estate niches to better serve my investor clients
- Phoenix Fix and Flip
- Phoenix Rent town
- Phoenix Property Management
I decided to reopen my own real estate brokerage back in April of 2016. This way I could create a true one stop shop for Phoenix real estate investors.
I currently advertise our services in the following manner
- ActiveRain blogging on a weekly basis
- Attend live and local real estate work shops
- Put on our own real estate workshops for real estate investors
- Mail 300 postcards per week to advertise our services to out of state owners
- Multiple web sites
Finally, I thoroughly enjoy what I do on a weekly basis. Many people want to do what I do. However, then do not want to put in the time nor the money to do it has been my experience. I am willing to mentor for a price. Knowledge does come at a price. Furthermore, my Phoenix real estate investors are very happy.
