Weather is fabulous! Sunny skies (did you know we get over 300 days of sunshine a year in Lake Arrowhead?), 
warm temps and perfect to get out and enjoy our local mountains.
Our listings are still down. However, I am getting more and more calls from sellers asking if it's a good time to list? I say Yes, Yes, Yes. I remind them that it's all about supply and demand; fewer homes on the market means your property is more likely to get previewed and possibly sold quicker. Not to mention, it drives home values up. Over the next month, I expect our inventory will increase. So if you've been thinking about selling, give me a call.
