Let Buyers Know This Is a Great Time to Buy!

Fannie Mae proclaimed that the percentage of Americans saying that now is a good time to buy a house fell by 10% while percentage saying that now is a good time to sell a house rose by 9%.  I guess, in typical fashion, sellers don't know what buyers are thinking.  Maybe if more Americans took the time to speak with a trusted Realtor, they might be able to discern that now is a great time to buy.  Let's make it our mission to get out there and educate them.
