This is the time of year in our part of the world when pollen begins to "come alive"....the weather changes from chilly to shirtsleeves...and with it sometimes comes the plague of
"What's Going Around" . It isn't the same as the famous "common cold"....it may have all kinds of symptoms from runny nose and itchy, watery eyes to sneezing, coughing, stuffy sinuses, chest congestion and laryngitis.
Welcome spring..! Allergies may be "fought" with a variety of pills, shots and other remedies. Anything to keep your head from feeling like it is exploding...wish
inig you could take a can opener to the top of it to relieve the pressure.
A physician friend recently suggested a "cure." Maybe you have only thought of Airborne as a preventative over the counter "guard against the whatever is going around" kind of treatment....not the case. Whether you choose the "add to water" variety or the gummies...the boost to your immune system will assist you in winning the battle of "what's going around" . Gummies are easier to pack in a purse...have in the car....and while not everyone's favorite flavors...relief is welcome ! Three...3X a day.....it may not provide 100% relief but speaking as a recent "convert" it sure can help ! Readily available at pharmacies everywhere.....give it a try....your head and nose will thank you !
