Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - April 2 - 8, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the first full week of April. New listings are starting to slightly outpace sales and pending transactions. As a result, currently available inventory increased from 94 to 98 during the past week. This is still a low level of inventory for the Monroe NY area, and some listings are selling quickly as can be seen by the note below the map.

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

3 Edward Place, MLS #4713540, listed at $234,900 This bi-level ranch home in the Mid Oaks development has four bedrooms and two and a half baths in ~1,950 square feet. The home includes two car garage and is close to transportation, entertainment and shopping. This home does need some repairs.

26 Pearsall Drive, MLS #4714234, listed at $279,900. This three bedroom, two bath raised ranch home has ~1,600 square feet. The home includes a one car garage, wall unit air conditioning, level backyard with deck and hardwood flooring. This home is close to shopping and the village of Monroe.

8 Stephen Lane, MLS #4713835, listed at $310,000. This split-level ranch home has four bedrooms, two and a half baths in 2,200 square feet of living space. The property includes a paver walkway, koi-filled pond, nearly three quarters of an acre of land, and one car garage. Inside, there are hardwood floors, refinished bathrooms, a fireplace, separate suite with private entrance and more. Close to everything Monroe has to offer.

130 Berry Road, MLS #4714152, listed at $319,000. This ~2,600 square foot ranch home is situated on one full acre. The three bedroom, two and a half bath home comes with central air conditioning, a two car garage, a whole-house generator, mature landscaping and retaining wall. In addition, there is an eat-in kitchen, den, formal dining room and family room/living room.

10 Deer Path Way, MLS #4714662, listed at $425,000. This Colonial home with four bedrooms, two and a half baths in ~2,300 square feet of living space sits on nearly four acres of property. 1222 Orange Turnpike, MLS #4713915, listed at $650,000. This Colonial home is located close to the Mansion Ridge Golf Course and is just a few minutes from the center of Monroe. The nearly two acres of property include a paver patio and inground pool, professional landscaping and fire pit. Inside the home are five bedrooms, two and a half baths, central air conditioning, multiple walk-in closets, a guest suite, hardwood floors, island kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and more.
