The other day I received a lead, requesting more information on a vacant lot I have listed in Glacier View Meadows.
In the comments section, the individual entered:
“love it , i want to die there”
It just struck me funny, and I hoped they were planning on purchasing the property before they died there…( It would be horrifying to find a corpse on the lot at the next showing!)
…. but then I do have a twisted sense of humor!

It’s amazing how many people in our mountain communities have told me that they love it here so much, they plan to die here, too!
No way are they EVER moving.
NOPE,
They are not leaving until they are carried out feet first!
It is a beautiful, and unique area that so many of us love to LIVE in. I could list a hundred reasons why the quality of life in the Red Feather Lakes/Livermore area is so great.
I’m not sure if picking out a place to die is top-of-mind for most buyers; but who knows? Once you live here, maybe you will want to stay here for the remainder of your days too.
