I sure hope so John Wiley , I'm tempted to take up this offer myself but it would mean my kids would have to change schools and they would not like that at this time.

It's a great program offered by the USDA in all 50 States Grant Schneider . We had a USDA rep bring us up to speed in our office a couple of weeks ago and it was like "why isn't anyone promoting this?".

You would think so Myrl Jeffcoat but it's amazing how many people pass up the opportunity because it's to inconvenient to live out side of the City limits. It's sad that they prefer "Trailer Sweet Trailer" over a nice $240,000 home that would cost them the same per month.
