Niche is the name of the game in luxury real estate marketing and branding today. Identifying and dominating an uncontested market niche is the fastest route to market leadership and top-of-mind status.
Belinda Spillman Thank you for the feature, we appreciate it. Swans are another way to get rid of them as they hate swans. A
Mick Michaud Thank you for your comment. I did not realize how many states guys are affected by these creatures. A
SOB's love Texas in the winter. And then they like ti so much they never leave.
What I don't understand is that we have a lot of people who walk their dogs in the park. There's even a dog park there. Perhaps, we need to let the dogs off their leashes for awhile.

Myrl Jeffcoat I think that would work. The bird dog breeds would certainly give chase to the birds and have the time of their lives. A
Hi Alexandra. well if someone didn't understand a niche market before, they certainly do now! I love it!

Hi Ron & Alexandra - That's a cool concept. I'm pretty laissez faire about sharing the property with animals, so we have geese, rabbits, raccoons, and the occasional fox or skunk, and the dogs have realized that they're just too slow to catch anything other than skunk stink (Grover & Lulu got skunked a couple of weeks ago).

Dick Greenberg Do your geese establish permanent residence in your neck of the woods? These do as once they find a home, they stay. A
Our geese have forgotten how to fly south so they just stick around all the time and turn my running shoes green from what they leave in our parks

Paul S. Henderson, CRS, REALTOR®, they are selling franchises for geese chasers.

Paul S. Henderson, CRS, REALTOR®, funny enough I was thinking of Christmas goose. I did cook one once when we lived in Los Angeles, and had people over for dinner. And of course we could ship them to France for pate de foie gras... A
Dear Ron & Alexandra,
That is genius! Great spy with your eye.

At our house they just fly over, honking, and land in our friend Terry's yard. He's right on the lake.
Here it was wild turkeys driving us nuts because our neighbor was feeding them. Believe me, 40 or 50 turkeys can make one huge mess! We taught our dogs to chase them and now all I have to do is open the door and they're gone.

What a clever solution. In my area there are egg collections by some government entity (DNR maybe?) when they're out of hand.

Good morning A. We really could use them in some of the areas around here.

Ron and Alexandra- not familiar with it but I love seeing companies find a niche and run with it! That truck definitely gets your attention

We have very few geese here but I do like the creativity of this. There are many niches out there if we look and are openminded.

Interesting niche business! There is something for everyone around the country, you just have to be present to figure it out. We do get our fair share of Canadian geese, but no one chases them or escorts them off the ponds or parks. I think we consider them brave for coming this far and enduring our heat!

Jan Green when you see what havoc they create, you can understand why they are chased away. No one wants to walk down the street to shop when the geese have left their droppings all over the place. A
