April 10th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 8

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 3basis points today at 102.47 having remained above support offered by the 100 day moving average.  Today was a lot less volatile than Friday with a range  of only 15 basis points during the  day..  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!!  Please call at 203-981-8282.
