April 11th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 8

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 38 basis points today at 102.66 having remained above support offered by the 100 day moving average.  MBS bonds closed the day just 104 basis points below rsistance offered by the 200 day moving average.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!!  Please call at 203-981-8282.
