What I have seen is that the owners of a home with a financial problem wait too long to get a real estate professional involved.Every lender today wants to work something out with the owners before it goes into pre -foreclosure. However once the owners decide to sell they need to get a prefessional involved to get it priced correctly and moved quickly in todays ever changing marketplace.
