Should I Inform Google That Their Calendar is Wrong?
Today on my Google calendar there is a notation, pre-filled by Google, that today, is Thomas Jefferson's birthday. Hmm. Seems I was about to write about Thomas Jefferson last year when I saw that same notation because he is one of my favorite founding fathers. When I went to the graphics for the post, which included his gravestone at Monticello, I noticed a totally different birth date. Not April 13th, as my Google calendar is suggesting, but April 2nd.
Trust the gravestone where he is buried at his home in Charlottesville, or Google? I know many thing the Internet is all power and all knowing, but I'm going to stick with the actual date on his gravestone.
