Middletown High School Goes To The Symphony May 22, 2017. Both of my sons had the privilege to participate in the Middletown High School Goes To The Symphony each of the years that they attend Middletown High School, in Middletown, CT. This is a huge production for them each year and the Middletown High School Choir, and Band get to perform with the Hartford Symphony Chamber Orchestra at the Bushnell Theater.
The Bushnell Theater is pack for this event each year, with those in attendance dressed to the nines to celebrate the event. This year the Middletown High School Goes To The Symphony will be held on Monday, May 22rd and will feather five special students that were the winners of the 2017 Middletown High School Goes To The Symphony Soloist Competition.
Nathan Chapeton, Accordion
Chase Corvoe, Alto Saxophone
Jamie Dudyak, Trombone
Erin Latronica, Mezzo Soprano
Ryan Lau, Piano
These five soloists, along with the concert Band, String Orchestra, and Concert Choir, will perform with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra.
