Don't you just love sellers who take that time to prepare their homes as you prescribe so that when they hit the market, success is a certainty?

Instructed to paint the front door and provide some colorful flowers in large pots to bring a pop of color to the lighter colored stone and stucco home, I arrived for the photo shoot to find that the sellers followed through on this and all of the tips that I had given them! #LifeIsGood #SmartCharlotteSellers
