Because the construction, the history of how the place was originally built is helpful in knowing what is for sale now. The local trends and news in the community surrounding the home at the time explain a lot in unlocking the mystery of why the place ended up the way it did. Was the home on the main road into town when built and that traffic helped the store location or what happened to houses in that area when the new Interstate came in and traffic count changed drastically?
